5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend Luigi! We had a fantastic experience working with Luigi as our general contractor for a renovation on our 1923 home in Rye. He came in right within our budget and stuck to the estimated timeline, which is impressive for any renovation, especially with an older property. Despite interviewing five other contractors, we’re so glad we chose Luigi and his team. His communication was excellent—he was always pleasant, responsive, and easy to reach by phone or in person. Older houses always come with a few surprises, and sure enough, some small unforeseen issues came up during the project. Luigi handled every one quickly, professionally, and with zero drama—keeping everything on track without any stress. We now trust him completely and can’t recommend him enough. Luigi completed a whole house renovation for us -- the house was taken down to the studs. Luigi and his team did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend them. The quality of the work was excellent, coupled with excellent communication. He was always available to meet or speak on the phone and answer any questions or discuss details with the project. Luigi provided feedback on design along the way that allowed us to save money or make changes in real time to adjust to onsite conditions.
